New super-yacht cruises to launch in 2021

Luxury ocean cruises on sale now

River cruise operator Emerald Waterways is to offer ocean cruises onboard a super-yacht from next year.

Carrying just 100 passengers, the Emerald Azzurra will offer a series of 47 cruises, including  in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean, where the ship will access smaller ports and harbours, including Kotor in Montenegro, Santorini in Greece and Amalfi in Italy, which can only be reached by smaller yachts.

Tickets for the cruises, available from July 2021, went on sale on February 1.

The majority of the yacht’s 50 cabins will have balconies and there will be a wellness centre and a marina platform for snorkelling, paddle boarding or swimming.

Cruise prices include flights, transfers, gratuities, meals, drinks and excursions. As an example of the cost, a 15-day Eastern Mediterranean cruise starts at £6,048 per person.
